Shoop

Shoop is a German loyalty program that offers customers cashback rewards for online purchases. Founded in 2010, the Berlin-based company was acquired by Global Savings Group (GSG) in 2021. Shoop is headed by CEO Veit Mürz.

Shoop uses affiliate marketing systems to give users cashback on online purchases. When customers visit an online retailer via Shoop.de, Shoop earns a commission for any purchase made. Shoop passes most of the commission on to customers as cashback, while a percentage of it goes back to the company. Additionally, Shoop earns bonuses for the procurement of new customers and closing contracts. Shoop has partnered with a variety of companies over a multitude of industries and goods, such as clothing and apparel, food and drink products, health and beauty products, and vacation and travel packages. The service is only available to German customers as of 2022.
