SIBUR (PJSC SIBUR Holding) is a Russian petrochemicals company founded in 1995 and headquartered in Moscow.

SIBUR is the largest integrated petrochemicals company in Russia and one of the fastest-growing companies in the global petrochemicals industry. Company purchases hydrocarbons and processes them into plastics, rubbers and other high value added products.

The Group sells its petrochemical products on the Russian and international markets in two business segments:

• Olefins & Polyolefins (polypropylene, polyethylene, BOPP films, etc.)
• Plastics, Elastomers & Intermediates (synthetic rubbers, EPS, PET, etc.).

SIBUR’s petrochemicals business utilizes mainly own feedstock, which is produced by the Midstream segment using by-products purchased from oil and gas companies. The Company delivers products used in the consumer goods and automotive industries, as well as construction, energy, chemistry and other industries across 100 countries. In 2020, SIBUR reported revenue of USD 7.2 billion and EBITDA of USD 2.5 billion.
