Sidney Lumet

Sidney Lumet was an American film director, producer, screenwriter, writer, theatre director, and televison producer, known for his work on over 50 films . Born on June 25, 1924, in Philadelphia , Lumet was educated at Columbia University, Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre, and Professional Children's School . He was a citizen of the United States and passed away on April 9, 2011, in Manhattan .

Sidney was officially named Sidney Arthur Lumet and had a child named Jenny Lumet . His father was Baruch Lumet , and his spouse was Rita Gam . Lumet was related to Jake Cannavale .
