Sidney Olcott

Sidney Olcott (20 September 1873 – 16 December 1949) was a Canadian film director, film producer, and screenwriter. Born in Toronto, Olcott spent a significant portion of his career directing various films in multiple genres.

Over the course of his career, Sidney Olcott directed a wide range of films, including but not limited to the following:

Olcott worked on numerous early films set in diverse locations, including Ireland, Egypt, and the United States. He passed away on 16 December 1949 in Hollywood.
