Simartis Telecom

Established in 2004, Simartis Telecom is a company offering products and services to the telecommunications market. The company's products and services include Bubble, sim backup, x-menu, automatic device management, sim services, over-the-air services, and phone and application testing services.

Morpho (Safran group) and Simartis partnered to launch solutions for Mobile Network Operators (MNOs). Expanding the X-Menu product line, Bubble is a SIM and server-based solution providing MNOs with a way to display promotional messages whenever a mobile phone is in a user's hand. The features are customized in keeping with the last action that a user performs with their phone. Bubble can also be integrated into an MNO’s analytical customer relationship management (ACRM) system.

In 2014, private equity and venture capital fund Catalyst Romania took over a 23 percent stake in Simartis Telecom through capital growth.
