The club was founded in 2000, in Tomakovka, by the head of a local farming enterprise Anatoly Skorik and was named in his honor. In 2012, Anatoly Skoruk died in a car accident, after which his son, Maxim (formerly a Skoruk player), headed the club, and his wife and mother Maxim Skoruk, Tamara Skoruk, became vice president.
Since 2002, the team has regularly participated in the championship of the Dnipropetrovsk region, but it achieved its first significant result only in 2015, when it won the bronze awards of the championship. In 2019, the club became the regional champion for the first time. In the 2019/20 season, Skoruk took part in the amateur championship of Ukraine for the first time. In 2021, the team was certified to participate in the Second League of the Championship of Ukraine. Skoruk played its first professional game on July 25, 2021 in Dnipro, against the local "Peremoga". The club's debut match in the second league ended in a goalless draw.
