Slice Technologies

Slice Technologies was a Chicago-based company offering an online shopping and purchase tracking app for iOS and Android devices. The Slice app was designed to automatically organize order confirmations and shipping notifications. The app allowed users to view purchase details, track packages, and store e-receipts by connecting to the user's email. Slice also gave users alerts for price drops and product recalls. The company was founded in 2010 by Harpinder Singh Madan, Eric Botto, and Scott Brady. Slice Technologies was acquired in 2014 by Rakuten, which was acquired by NielsenIQ in 2021. The app is now known as Shippity and is available as a product of Nielsen IQ.
