Slovenian Railways is a Ljubljana-based company founded in 1991.
Slovenian Railways, legally known as SŽ-Potniški promet, d.o.o., is a joint-stock company headquartered in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The company is active and operates within the railway transport industry. It was founded on January 1, 1991, and is a subsidiary of the parent organization, Slovenia.
Slovenian Railways owns and manages numerous railway stations across the country, including Ljubljana railway station, Celje railway station, Jesenice railway station, Maribor railway station, Koper railway station, and Zidani Most railway station, among others. In addition, the company owns the ŽŠD Ljubljana Stadium and Sevnica–Trebnje Railway.
