Sony Innovation Fund is the corporate venture capital arm of Sony that invests in and engages with promising early-stage companies. Founded 2016 in Tokyo, Japan, this corporate venture capital firm invests in early stage ventures and seed capital. Its portfolio companies include Promethera Biosciences, Activ Surgical, AI Medical Service, Idein, eXo Imaging, LANDR, Tracklib, MainStreaming, DigiLens and Sight Machine. It usually invests in Series D, Series A, Series B, venture rounds, seed rounds, and Series C rounds.
