Spero Foods' product, Scramblit, is a cholesterol-free, soy-free, and gluten-free vegan egg mix. Scramblit is made using pepita, the edible seeds from squash or pumpkin. Its other ingredients are water, turmeric, garlic powder, and black salt. The company claims their Scramblit egg alternative is 20x more sustainable than traditional eggs.
