The mentorship project is a 6-week pre-accelerator program run by volunteer city directors in different cities with collaboration with local entrepreneurs, investors, and community leaders. The company announces events for which local emerging startups can apply to join. The startups get one-on-one time with mentors with keynote speakers each week on startup management.
The 6-week schedule includes:

- Customer Development focuses on understanding customer requirement and engagement
- Pitch and Presentation Skills
- Market Sizing for market analysis
- Building Products that Matter focuses on product development
- Venture Funding and Accelerators focuses on dealing with venture capital investors and accelerators
After the event, the attending startups get access to global alumni of startups attending the event at other locations. The company also helps startups with an introduction to potential local investors, customers, and angel investors.
