Steve Flesch is an American golfer born on May 23, 1967, in Cincinnati. He holds citizenship in the United States and has lived in Union, Kentucky; Kentucky, New South Wales; Cincinnati; and the United States. Flesch attended Covington Catholic High School and later the University of Kentucky.
Flesch has been recognized for his achievements in golf, having earned numerous awards throughout his career, including the Bank of America Colonial , Reno-Tahoe Open , PURE Insurance Championship , Constellation SENIOR PLAYERS Championship , and Kentucky Open , among others.
He is known for posting seven top-10s and two third-place finishes en route to a 17th-place finish in the Charles Schwab Cup and on the money list. Flesch started the final round as the leader three times, with his best result being a third-place finish at the Shaw Charity Classic. In early September, Flesch had surgery to repair two bulging discs in his lower neck.
