Sypht

Sypht is an information technology and services company offering business intelligence services by analyzing company documents using machine learning and artificial intelligence that is headquartered in Chippendale, New South Wales and was founded in 2018. Sypht is owned and operated as a partnership between BPAY and BCG Digital Ventures. The Sypht platform is designed to automate manual processes to save companies time and money, improve customer experiences, and increase employee productivity.

The Sypht platform can extract data from specified fields, integrate with structured data systems, and extract data from uploaded documents. The Sypht platform can handle data extraction from document formats it has never seen before and uses natural language processing (NLP) to read, interpret, and organize data. Sypht uses machine learning algorithms to prioritize learning to handle data from cases it is less confident evaluating. Sypht Validate has a human-in-the-loop validation system which turn annotation tasks into binary human decisions, and Sypht also has an in-house team of validation experts to assist data extraction and data insights.
