TAMA EGG NiftyGotchi represented the eggs of the NiftyGotchi ecosystem. Whole numbers of TME were staked in the incubator, where it took twenty-four hours before hatching. At the end of twenty-four hours after staking, TME was hatched by sending a transaction. During the transaction, a random number was rolled to decide if the egg had successfully hatched.
The staked TME was burned even though the egg hatch was unsuccessful. From the egg hatch came a TAMAG. Each baby TAMAG had different characteristics that were supposed to ultimately influence their path of evolution as they grew up.
When they grew into Adult Tamags, they were expected to make a living in the battle arena. Tamags were to be forced to battle against other Tamags for in-game incentives, such as gear, specific items, equipment, potions, and TMC/TME rewards. After a Tamag battled, it moved on to the next stage of its life cycle.
