Tamadoge

Tamadoge is a play-to-earn (P2E) crypto project featuring non-fungible token (NFT)-powered creatures in augmented reality, and users can battle to climb the leaderboard by acquiring Dogepoints. The deflationary cryptocurrency was launched in July 2022.

At the end of the month, users with the most Dogepoints can claim their winnings from the monthly Dogepool. Tamadoge is the currency used in the Tamaverse and allows users to create, breed, and take care of their Tamadoge pets. It is a meme coin with utility.

After the launch of the Tamadoge token, the platform will release an onramper enabling users to purchase the Tamadoge token with fiat currency. Users will be able to connect with Metamask or Wallet Connect, and the platform's third-party partners will handle the process. The purchases will be done via the liquidity pool for token price movement.

Alongside the web app that players use to purchase, feed, care for, and battle their Tamadoge NFTs, the platform plans to develop a companion mobile app. The mobile app will streamline the care of the Tamadoge pet, and players can use it to check in on the pet to ensure its well-being and show off their pets. The platform plans to include social features and incentives to encourage app activity.

The total supply of Tamadoge will be 2 billion. One billion of the tokens will be in circulation at the time of token generation, with 400 million unminted and reserved for exchange listings. There will also be 600 million available for minting over ten years to power the Tamadoge project.

Whenever a user makes a purchase in the Tamadoge store, like purchasing a Tamadoge pet, food, toys, and accessories, they will pay with Tamadoge token. A user's tokens will be split between three pools: to offer price pressure for the token, to support the platform development, and to provide a source of tokens for the P2E elements of the game.

Five percent of the Tamadoge spent will be burnt—for every one hundred tokens spent, five will be removed, reducing the supply of tokens. Thirty percent of tokens spent will be utilized for marketing and platform development, and 65% of tokens spent will be included in the P2E prize pool. This is utilized to pay out incentives from the Tamadoge leaderboard to the community.

Tamadoge Tokens are only used to make purchases in the Tamadoge Store, not third-party stores. The tokens are not considered electronic money under the EU Electronic Money Regime.

The Tamadoge pets are at the center of the Tamadoge project. They are mintable, tradable NFTs that can be purchased with the Tamadoge token. Every Tamadoge pet is minted as a baby, and each baby has its own stats, strengths, and weaknesses. As a user feeds and plays with their Tamadoge pet, it grows. The manner in which a user looks after the pet influences the way it grows.

When the Tamadoge pet becomes an adult, it can battle other pets to become the top Doge on the Tamadoge leaderboard, utilizing the turn-based Tamadoge battling arena. Tamadoge pets are non-fungible, tokenized pets in the Tamadoge ecosystem. They are not financial instruments or virtual currencies. Tamadoge pets are bought via the store on the Tamadoge website.

There is no limit to the number of Tamadoge pets that can be purchased—users are allowed to purchase as many Tamadoge pet NFTs as they want. Each of the pets possesses random stats that change as users care for their pets. The store can be used to purchase food, toys, and cosmetic items to care for the pet.

The platform has plans to create an augmented reality app that will enable users to interact with their Tamadoge pet. The app will have the same play-to-earn mechanics, like the web-based game in V1. Players can battle their pets to top the leaderboard, but it will have additional P2E features.

Users will be able to get tokens for the time that they spend interacting with their pet. The more time they spend playing with the Tamadoge pet, the closer they get and the more they will earn. They will be able to play with and walk different Tamadoge pets at the same time and will be able to teach their Tamadoge pet tricks to receive pictures for social media.

Each Tamadoge NFT will possess a rigged-up, animated 3D model associated with it. It will enable the Tamadoge NFTs to be integrated into metaverse environments. This means that the Tamadoge AR app will not be the sole place where users will be able to play with their Tamadoge NFTs.

When the token launches, the platform will explore partnership opportunities that will allow users to walk their Tamadoge NFTs in the metaverse. There are also plans to build out the augmented reality Tamadoge app to enable users to walk their Tamadoge in real life. The token holders are able to decide the direction the platform takes and will decide on a virtual dog park for socializing with other Tamadoge holders.
