Tera Capital Limited was a private investment firm that invested in private equities. It was headquartered in Singapore. It was the investment holding firm of Singaporean brothers, David Tan, Harry Tan, and Ted Fang.
Tera Capital formed strategic partnerships with private equity firms, family offices and funds in the US, Europe, Asia Pacific including China. In addition, it also sought to acquire real estate assets, including hospitality assets, in the above markets.
In 2003, the principals successfully acquired the Days Inn master franchise for Greater China from Wyndham Worldwide Corporation. Since starting operations in 2004, the principals had made Days Inn China one of China's growing mid-market hotel chains, with a portfolio of 92 hotels in 54 cities across 22 provinces.
In July 2017, Gabungan AQRS signed a MOU with Tera Capital with intentions to invest, develop and operate One Jesselton Waterfront, a mixed development in Kota Kinabalu. The deal brings together a gross development value of RM1.8bil.
In January 2019, Wyndham Worldwide Corporation reacquired the exclusive direct franchising rights for the Days Inn brand for the People's Republic of China..
