The Little App Factory is a software company based in Sydney, Australia developing software for the Mac OS X platform.
The company was founded in 2002 and initially released M-Beat, a freeware iTunes controller. The next year the company's second product called iPodRip was released. ipodRip was initially licensed as freeware it progressed to shareware in late 2003 and later renamed to iRip. Other notable products made by The Little App Factory were Connoisseur, a cook book application, and Netflix Freak which was designed to improve upon the Netflix website.
In 2009 the company was relaunched under new management. The new focus has been on media applications as seen with the creation of Evom and the purchase of RipIt.
On July 26, 2010, it was announced that The Little App Factory would be the head sponsor of Team Liquid, a professional StarCraft II team.
