The Mall Group is one of Thailand's biggest retail conglomerates, located in Bangkok. The company was founded by Supachai Umpujh, father to the company's current CEO, Supaluck Umpujh. The malls feature an array of luxury and opulent brand offerings, from designer jewelry and timepieces to merchandise and apparel.
The group has thirteen different malls:

In late 2020, The Mall Group rebranded for the first time in its thirty-nine-year history with the hopes of "trying to sell image of 'a happy place.'" The rebrand cost the company over USD$600 million. The rebrand included a new logo with a red "M." The company used materials at the stores that made them appear more green. Rebranding of all existing malls were to be completed by 2023.
In December 2023, The Mall Group announced its intention to merge with Bitkub, a cryptocurrency exchange based in Thailand, to form a joint venture aiming to make Thailand a hub for digital asset investment.
In April 2022, The Mall Group merged with Allegro, a shopping platform where customers can buy online from over 135,000 trading companies. The merger allowed retailers to offer their products on the interational arena.
