The Texas Emerging Technology Fund, also known as Texas Wide Open for Business, is a public-private partnership that promotes economic development in Texas. Founded 1987 in Austin, Texas, United States, it is a government office that finances grants, seed, early and late stage ventures. The TexasOne program is a public-private partnership of the Texas Economic Development Corporation. Its services include trade and industry events, business recruitment missions, signature events, advertising, and public relations, and interactive web presence.
