Tokugawa Nariaki

Tokugawa Nariaki (1800-1860) was a Japanese politician and painter , born on April 4, 1800, in Edo . He held citizenship in both the Tokugawa shogunate and Japan . He passed away on September 29, 1860 .

Tokugawa Harutoshi was Nariaki's father . Nariaki had four children: Tokugawa Yoshinobu , Matsudaira Nobunori , Tokugawa Akitake , and Matsudaira Tadakazu . He was also the father_of Tokugawa Yoshinobu , Matsudaira Tadakazu , Tokugawa Akitake , and Matsudaira Nobunori . His alias was とくがわ なりあき .

Nariaki was a nationalist and a prominent figure during the final years of the Tokugawa shogunate.
