Treesia Kan

Treesia Kan is a real estate professional living in Seattle. She is the mother of entrepreneurs Justin Kan and Daniel Kan.

Kan came to the United States from Malaysia when she was 17 years old. Her family is ethnically Chinese but they were living in Malaysia as farmers.

Her son, Justin Kan, said that his mother "arrived with nothing and made her way to the community college for two years, and then went to Seattle and transferred to the University of Washington, where she graduated with a BS in physics and got a master’s in computer science." Treesia would go on to get a job at Digital Equipment Corporation.

Treesia Kan would later start her own real estate business and raise children with her partner, Kingsley Kan.
