Trestle is a YC-backed company that aims to build the source of truth for company information. Trestle is a platform for employees to find information about internal knowledge. Trestle product features include enhanced people profiles, organizational knowledge, and universal search. The product was inspired by the founding team’s experience working at Stripe and using an internal tool called Stripe Home.

Through Trestle's intranet services, users can collect employee information in a single place with employee profile pages including pictures, team, role, biography, messaging and email information, join date, birthdays, location, time zone and custom fields for other information.

The intranet can be searched to find employees by name, team, role, location, project, and expertise. It also lists the best ways to contact a certain employee, team, or group. And, through Trestle, companies can make important announcements.
