The chain guide member is pivoted to the movable member. The resistance applying member is connected between the movable member and the chain guide member. The resistance applying member includes pivot base, first engagement member and second engagement member. The pivot base includes pivot part and pressing part. The pressing part extends radially outwardly from the pivot part. The first engagement member is pivoted to the pivot part and pressed by the pressing part. The second engagement member is engageable with the first engagement member so that the first engagement member is only rotatable with respect to the second engagement member in a rotatable direction.
