A barbell collar. The barbell collar may comprise: a plate; and at least two weight bars. The plate may comprise a hole and at least two arm portions. The hole may be configured to substantially engage with an end portion of a barbell. Each of the at least two weight bars may be attached to each of the at least two arm portions of the plate. The at least two weight bars may be adapted to engage and hold one or more disc weights, such that when the barbell collar is attached to the barbell, the additional disc weights may provide additional varying resistances.
