A multi-position draw weight and rotation device includes a multi-position and rotational draw timing hub and the rotational timing housing. The end of a cable is secured to one of four positions on the multi-position and rotation draw timing hub. A multi-position draw weight device includes a multi-position adjustable draw weight plate and a timing housing.
