A digital pre distortion (DPD) calibration coefficient control method and apparatus are applied to a microwave communications device that includes an analog device and a digital device, and can ensure a DPD calibration effect, where the method includes determining, by interpolation and according to DPD calibration coefficients corresponding to at least 2N typical working states of the analog device obtained in advance, a specified DPD calibration coefficient corresponding to a specified working state of the analog device, where N is a quantity of parameters representing a working state of the analog device, and controlling a DPD calibration coefficient according to the determined specified DPD calibration coefficient corresponding to the specified working state of the analog device.
