An expandable child carrier includes a base frame, a pivot frame, at least one first wheel unit and at least one second wheel unit. The pivot frame is pivoted to the base frame. A distance between the second wheel unit and the first wheel unit is adjusted upon the pivotal movement of the pivot frame relative to the base frame.
