The clamping mechanism comprises a first clamping part and a second clamping part opposite to the first clamping part. The communication mechanism comprises a receiving member, a connecting shaft arranged on the receiving member and pivotably connecting the receiving member with the second clamping part, and an antenna arranged on the receiving member and configured to transfer data. The connecting shaft is configured to allow the receiving member to rotate relative to the second clamping part and to be received between the first clamping part and the second clamping part.
