The first motor is fixedly mounted on a mount for the first motor, and a rotating shaft of the third motor is connected with a carrier for mounting photographic equipment. A rotation axis α of the first motor, a rotation axis β of the second motor, and a rotation axis γ of the third motor consistently intersect at a point A. The rotation axis β of the second motor is perpendicular to the rotation axis γ of the third motor, and the rotation axis β of the second motor and the rotation axis α of the first motor forms an acute angle. An angle adjusting method of the stabilizer is further provided.
