The first heat source is positioned a first distance from the cooking structure in a first direction. The first heat source is disposed in the central portion and arranged to heat the cooking structure via convection. The second heat source is disposed a second distance, which is greater than the first distance, from the cooking structure in the first direction. The second heat source is disposed in the second portion and is arranged to provide thermal energy indirectly to the first portion and the central portion.
