A vibration generator (1) includes a vibration transmission member (10) and an exciter (20). The vibration transmission member (10) is disposed in a seat surface (2a) of a seat (2) so as to extend in the horizontal direction of the seat surface (2a) and is able to transmit a vibration in the extending direction. The exciter (20) is able to transmit a vibration to the vibration transmission member (10) in the extending direction of the vibration transmission member (10).
