The rotating cutter can be operably engaged with a stationary cutter apparatus, non-movably engaged with a pump, where the stationary cutter apparatus comprises both an axial cutting operation and a radial cutting operation, comprising both radial and axial cutting edges. The system can facilitate reduction of a size of solids that may be entrained in a target fluid.
