The server computer is configured to gather first data regarding use of the first software tool; gather second data regarding use of the second software tool; and based on the first data and the second data, link activities of the first user and the second user to a performance goal for any one of the first user, the second user, a team including at least the first user or the second user, or an organization to which the first user and the second user belong.
