A mobile System is disclosed that uses biometric identification to identify an injured person, provides an immediate warning of a special or medical condition, and can transmit that data to the hospital along with additional photos and video of the injury. This provides emergency rooms with access to the patient's medical records, history of the patient's medical conditions, real-time photographs which better prepare the medical staff to identify the incoming patent prior to the patient arriving at the hospital. Additional embodiments involve Law Enforcement uses where criminal, missing persons and wanted persons' data are used for identification. Military uses involve the use of data of military persons of concern. Medical fraud prevention documents medical transport, patient identity, verification of medical cards; and physician services documentation. This invention can save the medical services community billions of dollars and prevent administrative mistakes which can result in injury and/or loss of life.
