An adjustment mechanism for adjusting the height of the backrest is provided between the bottom surface of the backrest and the bottom surface of the receiving groove. The width and the height of the first frame are respectively smaller than the width and height of the second frame. The bottom of the middle front part of the sleeping cradle is provided with a sealing edge.
