The push-training bar assembly includes first and second sets of parallel inside and outside dip grip segments. The first and second sets are sufficiently spaced apart to accommodate body lifting and body lowering movement of a user performing a dip exercise while gripping either of the two inside dip grip segments or the two outside dip grip segments.
