The first wall extends in a width direction that intersects an opening surface, and has a first opening for inserting a screw member that fixes a conductor part of a wire. The second wall extends in a direction that intersects the opening surface and the first wall, and has a second opening for inserting and removing the conductor part of the wire. The second housing includes a second housing body and a locking arm. The second housing body covers the opening surface. The locking arm extends from the second housing body in the width direction and is locked to the first housing in the width direction.
