A lid lock locks and unlocks the lid. A CPU that is in operational communication with the lid lock has a transceiver that is configured to communicate with a smartphone. A mail tower with a mail door and a mail door lock is coupled to the package housing. A first keypad and a second keypod operate the lid lock and the door lock, respectively.
