Systems for detecting the surrounding conditions of a moving body are provided. An example system includes a plurality of lighting devices installed inside the moving body and a sensor configured to detect the surrounding condition. The system is configured to forcibly change the state of at least one of the plurality of lighting devices (change from an unlit state to a lighting state or a blinking state, change in the emission color, or change in the luminance) when the sensor detects an object, to which attention must be paid during traveling of the moving body, in the surroundings of the moving body.
