This optical fiber cable is a slotless type optical fiber cable including: an optical unit formed by collecting and twisting a plurality of optical fibers or ribbons each formed by arranging the plurality of optical fibers; a cable core housing the optical unit; and a cable jacket provided around the cable core, and a tension member made of a fiber body within the cable core.
