The housing defines first and second ends, and a mounting arrangement secures the housing to the vehicle. The mounting arrangement may be in the form of a pair of mounting bars that extend between the vehicle and the first and second ends of the housing; a pair of brackets the connect between the vehicle and the first and second ends of the housing; or a pair of fasteners that extend through passages in the housing for engagement with the vehicle.
