The light emitting display panel includes a display region and a periphery region; the periphery region includes a first wire; the display region includes a light shielding layer and a fingerprint detection circuit; the light shielding layer includes at least one opening, the at least one opening at least partially overlaps the fingerprint detection circuit in a direction perpendicular to a panel surface of the display panel to allow light passing through the opening to be incident onto the fingerprint detection circuit, and the light shielding layer and the first wire are in same one layer.
