Each of the independent growing units comprises a container, a lid, and a management system. The management system and the lid attach to the container. The lid provides access into the controlled enclosed environment. The lid encloses the controlled enclosed environment. The management system monitors and controls the temperature and moisture levels in the controlled enclosed environment. The management system monitors and controls the level of nutrients provided to the growing plants.
