The broadcast signal transmitting method according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: generating low level signaling, LLS, information; encapsulating the LLS information into an IP packet; and generating a signal frame by physical layer processing the LLS information. The LLS information may comprise comprises LLS ID information identifying a type of the LLS information and the type of the LLS information may comprise at least one of EA information providing information related to emergency alert and screen clear information providing information related to screen clear.
