The grid pattern includes a lower grid pattern and an upper grid pattern on the lower grid pattern, the lower grid pattern including lanthanum oxide (LaO), amorphous silicon (a-Si), or polysilicon (poly-Si) and the upper grid pattern including a conductive material.
