The control plate is disposed in the second cavity and coupled to the actuating member. The moving plate member is coupled to the control plate and disposed in the second cavity. The static plate member is disposed adjacent to the moving plate member in the second cavity. The valve seat member is detachably coupled to the valve housing member. Further, the sealing member is removably disposed in a cutout portion of the valve seat member.
