The hardware processor is configured to: acquire, via communication based on a first non-contact communication method, terminal information of a portable terminal capable of being charged in a non-contact manner, the portable terminal being placed on or brought near to a non-contact charger disposed in a compartment of a vehicle; and control, based on a device type of the portable terminal based on the terminal information acquired by the acquisition unit, transmission of information to the portable terminal by a non-contact communicator that is disposed in the vehicle in association with the non-contact charger and capable of performing communication based on a second non-contact communication method.
