A notch is formed on an edge of the metal mechanism element. The notch and the slot are connected to each other. The ground element is coupled to the metal mechanism element. The first radiation element has a feeding point. The second radiation element is coupled to the first radiation element and includes a first extension portion. The second radiation element extends across the slot. The first extension portion is parallel to the slot. A vertical projection of the first extension portion at least partially overlaps the slot. The dielectric substrate is adjacent to the metal mechanism element. The first radiation element and the second radiation element are disposed on the dielectric substrate.
