The baffle structure is configured to block liquid droplets in a gas, and includes: a bottom portion extending in a first direction and side portions extending from the bottom portion in a direction intersecting the first direction; and a liquid blocking region provided on the side portions, the liquid blocking region being provided therein with a plurality of holes penetrating the side portions to allow gas to pass through the holes.
