The coupling portion is releasably connected to the mounting portion, and the mounting portion includes a housing. The coupling portion, when connected with the mounting portion, is received within the housing. The coupling portion is releasably connected to the mounting portion by a locking device, the locking device including a movably-mounted locking element for releasably locking the coupling portion, and the locking element is pressurized by a force storage member.
